Graduation Photography Session

OMG you guys!! Seriously this session has FABULOUS written all over it!! I can hardly look at it without loving every single image!! Maddie was such a great sport, its not easy getting your photos taken with an entourage of people around to help with all the fun accessories she had for this shoot! The car matched her style perfectly, and the couch in the forrest was perfection!

Fashion For Water

These outfits were styled for the Aveda CatWalk for Water Regina Fashion Show 2015 by the Daniel Christopher Salon crew. We had such a fun day with the salon staff as well as the models who were so great to work with. I feel so grateful to be able to work with businesses in our community who give back and make a difference.

Fabulous YOU

I love to feel fabulous! To get all ready for a night out by spending a little more time on my hair and to actually put some makeup on. I put on an outfit I never usually wear and throw on some shoes that are out of this world and strut my stuff. LOL now don't get me wrong i'm a shy girl and every other day I am in jeans and a tshirt with no makeup and flipflops, with ZERO strutting is going. This is 99% of the time! It makes me think that maybe it is important to spend time making yourself feel beautiful, fabulous and of course ON FIRE!! Think about it you should feel that way all the time. I know loving yourself isn't easy but it is well worth it girls! Make a list of your awesome traits, buy a few new outfits, organize your schedule to make time for yourself, and always focus on the good. You are ALWAYS your worst critic...so stop it!

I am officially making October "Fabulous You" month!!! Book a photo session with your girlfriends, you will have your hair and makeup professionally done, bring some fabulous outfits and rock what your momma gave you!! Each girl will have an individual photography session as well as a group portrait at the end.  This will be a fun day with you and your best friend or 5 of you. Or bring your mom and your sister for some great bonding time.

Oh How The Days Are Getting Shorter!!

I have been so busy working the last few weeks I haven't had time to stop and smell the flowers. When my birthday rolled around I decided to take a day off and slow down for a bit. It was really nice! I slept in (if 6:30am counts as sleeping in!?), sipped my morning coffee while online shopping, went for a run, online shopped some more, then decided to take the dogs for a walk. It is still really nice and hot here in Regina Saskatchewan, but boyyyy are the days getting shorter! My nightly photo-shoots are not lasting as long as they used to. Its bumming me out! But on the flip side fall colours are AMAZING! I am looking forward to oranges yellows and all the beautiful sights and smells that come with fall. ImageImageImage

A Beautiful Couple

Just last weekend I was honoured with the opportunity to photograph a cute couple, Paul and Thea. This was their last weekend together for a while, tomorrow morning she is getting on a plane and flying away to Finland for three months. It was a great photo shoot until it started raining on us! Luckily we were all free that afternoon and we met up for some sunny day beautiful shots of the love birds!! Here are a few to peek at!
